Well there are set of recommendations developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to ensure that web content is accessible to all users and because DPDPA notice are going to be digital. While the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 does not explicitly mandate WCAG compliance, it emphasizes transparency, accessibility, and fairness in data processing. Ensuring that privacy notices and consent requests are accessible aligns with the Act’s principles of providing clear, understandable, and easily accessible information to all individuals.

At Concur, we go beyond compliance by making our privacy operations fully accessible, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and digital accessibility.

Concur takes pride in being India’s first WCAG-compliant Privacy Notice & Consent Manager, ensuring accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. Our platform adheres to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, making privacy notices and consent management more inclusive and user-friendly.
