law has mandated consents to be machine readable and data processors is excected to process data post review of consent provided by customers to data fiduciary. So questions arises, how data fiduciary will pass such consents to data processor in real time and how data processor will validate such consents in real time?
Data processor works with hundreds's of data ficudiary so will they have to integrate with every data fiduciary system? If so, this will be nightmare and will face lot of resistance from everyone.
